OUR GOAL Our goal is to provide you with the service, price, knowledge and satisfaction over the web that our customers get in our "brick and mortar" store.
You can order from Fishin' Frank's via our website, email or fax, but we prefer that you use our website to place your orders. This is the most secure method of ordering. Here at Fishin' Frank's we don't believe in charging your credit card until the item is boxed up and on it's way to you. If it's not in stock, you don't get charged. We accept most major credit cards.
We do not accept checks, money orders, PayPal or cash.
Email Ordering: To place an order via email please send your emails to store@fishingfranks.com. We will contact you back via email with your amount total, inventory status and any other information. Please keep in mind that we can not guarantee your credit card security if you order this way.
Fax Ordering: To place an order via fax please address your fax to Cayle or Frank and make sure you put "Internet Order" in your subject line and a way that we can contact you if you need us to get back to you somehow other than fax. Our fax number is 941.255.3888 and again we can not guarantee your credit card security if you order this way.
Custom Ordering: If you don't see a specific model or color that you want, don't hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. Chances are we can find it for you. You won't be charged until the item ships to you.
As we are located in Florida we must charge a 6% Florida State Sales Tax on all taxable items delivered to a Florida address. If you are a Charlotte County, Florida resident we must charge a 7% County Sales Tax.
For international orders all taxes, duty fees, customs fees and any other charges are the customer's responsiblity.
We do our best to fill and ship your order and quickly as we possibly can. Inventory mistakes can occur as our inventory system isn't real-time. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via phone or email and let you know of any issues and how we can solve it.
If you desire next day shipping it is best to contact us so we can physically verify the item is in stock so we can complete your order.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased you may return it within 30 days for exchange. The item must be new and unused, it must come with it's original packaging and all accessories and/or instruction papers.
If you would like a refund the item must be new and unused and all accessories, original packaging, and manufacturers tags and stickers must be in place on the item. Any items missing these WILL NOT be offered for refund. Refunds must be done within 30 days.
All returns must be postage prepaid and items over $100.00 must be insured.
All returns, exchanges or refunds must be approved by us prior to shipping. Please send an email to store@fishingfranks.com or call and ask for Frank or Cayle.
Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer under their return policy. We have many local manufacturer representatives and we will be more than happy to help you with this process free of charge if necessary.
We offer Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options to addresses in the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Our shipping rates are below:
Customers outside the continental 48 US States will be advised of actual shipping charges through the email address that is entered during the order process or by phone within 2 business days. Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at the time of order placement. We will determine and advise you via email of shipping and handling charges which will be billed at cost. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. APO/FPO and US possessions are sent USPS First Class Priority Mail. Rates for these destinations and services are calculated manually and emailed within 2 business days.
International Shipping
International customers should contact us prior to placing order. Payment must be made in United States funds, drawn on a United States Bank by MasterCard®, Visa®, or American Express®. Non-insured or non-insurable orders are the customer's responsibility. Payments require the cardholder's billing address (where your credit card statement is mailed) and shipping address, phone and/or fax numbers, card number and expiration date, and the credit card issuing bank name and phone number for authorization purposes. Address will be verified before order is shipped. Customer is responsible for all duties, customs and any other taxes and/or fees. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your international order. There is no free shipping on international orders.
Fishin' Frank's respects your right to privacy. We do not sell or share any of your information with anyone. We do not have partner companies in which to pass your information to. Your email and physical address is used by us, and only us, to contact you with order, sale or shipping information.
